Brio Kitchen is our signature fine dining restaurant, dressed in a warm golden aesthetic that's perfect for business dinners or family meals. Breakfast is served as a daily buffet. Lunch and dinner are available both à la carte and as buffet spreads for larger groups. Special themed experiences, such as the carnival buffet, are also offered on select occasions. The restaurant seats 60 guests and offers private dining and party set-up arrangements on request.
